Casa Basilico is not a simple coliving, is a community of friends traveling together between places, sharing food and adventures.

In Brazil we are going to organise weekend activities for everyone and most of all we are going to experience Carnival together, and believe us, this is going to be insane.
What is Included?
Private Chalet in Central pipa
Because we believe in “go big or go home” this time we decided that renting a villa is not enough! Let’s spread the love with more!
Especially for you our Basil friends we have 15 chalets in the middle of the jungle, overseeing the ocean! Your home will be 3 minutes walking from the main street of Pipa, filled with bar, cafe and restaurants. And you'll be at the beach before saying the word "Spaghetti".
In Pipa there's no need for a car, but in case you want we have free parking spot for every chalet.

Our accommodation offers a big open-air Coworking area, with a view that will make you instantaneously block your fancy subscription to that posh Coworking in central London.
Also most of the chalet have desk/table or outside patio that you can use. Every chalet have a separate, independent router with 100mbps internet for making sure that you'll be able to see your colleagues dealing with the snow in Poland.

Also we need to admit that our Basilico Village couldn’t be located any better! We are 200 m from the beach and few steps from an amazing Sunset Bar (@mirantesunsetbar). Sunset Bar provides live music and Casa Basilico provides a deal to have free entrance every day!
Because life is better if you finish your day with a stomach full of pasta and beautiful sunset!

What is the minimum stay?
We encourage a minimum stay of one month to fully savor the culinary experience and immerse yourself in our vibrant community! However, we are always open to spontaneous requests, and we're flexible to accommodate shorter stays of one week when availability allows.
Are food and weekend activities included?
Food and weekend activities are not included in the pricing. The good news is that we will be cooking and organizing the weekend activities so that the pressure off your shoulders! We also work closely with local businesses, which gives us multiple discounts around Pipa.
Is Pipa safe?
Pipa tends to offer a relatively safer environment for tourists compared to larger cities in Brazil. While crime can be a concern in some urban centers, Pipa's smaller size and more tourist-oriented atmosphere often translate to a lower crime rate. However, it's worth noting that no place is entirely immune to incidents, so practicing general safety measures like staying in well-reviewed accommodations, avoiding isolated areas at night, and being cautious with personal belongings is always recommended.
What if I am vegan/ vegetarian/ gluten-free etc.?
In Casa Basilico we welcome all foodies! We like to experiment with our recipes and always make sure we meet all dietary requirements.
